SUMMARY:Counsellors Meet Up - Self Care
DESCRIPTION:First of all I would like to say\, \nWelcome Counsellors of Congleton and the surrounding areas! \nI have set up this group to bring counsellors together\, to build a community and grow together. I run a monthly meet up each month we do something different from self care events like the one this month\, enjoying a walk together\, book clubs\, coffee and cake and even sound baths! \nI would love for you to come and join us for a couple of hours\, a moment to pause and give back to yourselves. We offer so much of who we are when we are sat with clients\, I would like to give you a moment to pause\, relax and reset your nervous system. \nDuring this event there will be a chance: \nTo meet like minded people and build up a support network \nShare a cuppa and homemade cakes \nTry your hand a journaling\, painting\, breath work and more.
